The Best  Buffalo Chickpea Salad

– Hot sauce – Avocado oil – Spices: Chives, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, smoked paprika – Chickpeas – Lettuce – Tomato – Red onion – Carrots – Celery Tahini Ranch Dressing – Tahini – Apple Cider Vinegar – Water – Spices: Chives, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. While skillet is preheating, make the buffalo sauce.


Step 2

Once the pot is hot, add chickpeas and buffalo sauce. Stir well. Cook 5-7 minutes.


Step 3

Cook chickpeas until the sauce is thickened and will stay separated like this.


Step 4

While chickpeas are cooking, make the tahini ranch dressing. Stir well until fully combined.


Step 5

Chop the veggies (lettuce, celery, tomatoes, onions, carrots). Add to a large bowl with buffalo chickpeas.


Step 6

Pour the dressing over top and toss well to combine.
