– Chickpeas – Hot Sauce – Olive Oil – Spices: Chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, dill – Water

Step 1

Rinse and drain the chickpeas.


Step 2

Add half the chickpeas, the hot sauce, olive oil and spices to the food processor.


Step 3

Blend the chickpea mixture until smooth. Add 2-4 tablespoons of water until you get a smooth, creamy texture.


Step 4

Add the rest of the chickpeas to the buffalo dip and stir well.


Step 5

Transfer the buffalo chickpea dip to a casserole dish. Serve immediately or bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes to heat through.


Step 6

Add some extra hot sauce and green onion for presentation (optional).
