– Cauliflower – Almond flour – Tapioca flour (or arrowroot) – Water – Salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes – Hot Sauce – Avocado oil – Lettuce – Carrots – Celery – Ranch dressing

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425F. Cut the cauliflower down into bite size pieces.

Combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, water, and spices in a bowl.
