INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Soak the cashews in boiling hot water at least 5 minutes

Chop onions, cook them 3-4 minutes over medium heat.

Add broccoli, cook 4-5 minutes until bright green.

Add vegetable broth, cooked chicken, and cooked rice to skillet with broccoli. Turn off heat.

Make the sauce by combining drained cashews, drained white beans, vegetable broth, coconut aminos and spices.
