Step 1

Combine the wet ingredients with the ground flax. Stir well.

Add the rolled oats, salt and spices. Let sit 2 minutes.

Chop the pecans and add them to the oat mixture.

Spray 2 ramekins with avocado oil or olive oil. Add blueberries to the bottom.
