INGREDIENTS

Blackberry Filling – Blackberries (fresh or frozen) – Coconut sugar – Arrowroot (or tapioca) Almond Flour Crumble – Almond flour – Chopped pecans – Coconut sugar – Arrowroot (or tapioca) – Avocado oil (or butter) – Maple syrup

Step 1

Toss the blackberries in arrowroot and coconut sugar. Add them to a baking dish (8X8).

In a large bowl combine the almond flour, chopped pecans, sugar, oil and maple syrup. Stir well.

Spoon the almond flour mixture over the blackberries.

Flatten down the mixture with the back of a spoon. Bake in a 350F oven for 30 minutes.
