INGREDIENTS

– Dairy free milk – Banana – Maple Syrup – Ground flax – Rolled oats – Salt – Cinnamon – Pecans – Chocolate Chips

Step 1

Mash the banana. Combine with the rest of the wet ingredients and the ground flax. Stir well.

Add the rolled oats, salt and spices. Let sit 2 minutes.
