INGREDIENTS

– Bananas – Ground flax – Dairy free milk – Maple syrup – Rolled oats – Cinnamon – Baking powder

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.

Add the ground flax, dairy free milk and maple syrup to the bowl with the bananas and stir well.

Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder and any additional add in ingredients to the bowl.

Stir well until everything is well combined.

Spray a 8X8  pan with non-stick  and add the banana oat mixture. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
