– Dairy free milk – Maple syrup – Ground flax – Vanilla extract – Rolled oats – Cinnamon – Nutmeg – Ground cloves – Baking powder – Apples

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine dairy free milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and ground flax in a large bowl.


Step 2

Add in oats, spices and baking powder. Stir well.


Step 3

Chop the apples into 1/2 inch cubes, add to oatmeal mixture.


Step 4

Spray a casserole dish and add the apple pie oatmeal mixture.


Step 5

Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. If you want to slice this into bars, allow to cool first.
