INGREDIENTS

1/2 pound salmon 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt – non-stick spray (olive oil or avocado oil)

Step 1

Cut salmon to fit in basket. Spray basket with non-stick and add salmon skin side down.

Combine spices in a small bowl. Spray top of salmon with oil and sprinkle the top with the spice mixture.

Cook at 400F for 11 minutes. Check for doneness and add 1 minute if needed.
