– Potatoes – Onion – Olive oil – Salt – Garlic powder – Paprika – Thyme

Step 1

Cut potatoes into cubes (about 1/2 inch pieces).

Cut the onion into large chunks (do not finely dice them).

Add the potatoes and onion to a large bowl. Sprinkle with spices and olive oil. Stir well.

Add potato and onions mixture to air fryer basket. Turn on 400F for 23 minutes.

After 10 minutes, pause the air fryer and shake the basket. Repeat this 2-3 more times during the last 13 minutes of cooking.
