INGREDIENTS

– Balsamic vinegar – Coconut aminos – Salt – Garlic powder – Dried thyme – Portobello mushrooms

Step 1

Combine the balsamic vinegar, coconut aminos and spices in a bowl.

Prep the mushrooms. Clean them and remove the gills (optional).

Add the portobello mushrooms to the air fryer basket, top side down.
