INGREDIENTS

- 1 large butternut squash - 3-4 cups vegetable broth - 1.25 teaspoon cinnamon - 0.75 teaspoon salt

Step 1

Peel the squash, remove the seeds,  and cut the squash into cubes.

Add all the ingredients to a pot. Cover and bring to a boil. When boiling, reduce to low and simmer 20 minutes.
