I’m so excited to to share these resistance band exercises and review with you today. Sport2People have come up with a great resistance band, called StretchMe Resistance Bands. They are very light weight, easy to use, and will go with you anywhere. They are perfect for anyone at any exercise level and offer various levels of resistance.
I personally like the gren resistance band the best (it’s the middle option) and unlike other resistance bands that I’ve tried in the past, I don’t have to worry about these untying, slipping, or falling. These bands stay in place during exercise! Also I don’t have to wonder if these bands are working, trust me you really feel it really fast! I’ve added these bands to my workout routine and they easily fit in my gym bag. I’m finding more and more moves to incorporate them with. These bands are so light though, I could carry them in my hands (they have a carrying pouch) and take them with me on a run or to a group bootcamp class. They are very portable!
These resistance bands would also be great for working with flexibility training. You can loop onr end and around your foot and hold the other end in your hand and you have the perfect equipment for stretching and flexibility training.
I’ve seen people use these bands when they are perfecting their form for their squats, especially those who tend to flare their knees out to the sides. These bands are also great for hip abduction and building up your quadriceps strength with front and back kicks.
These resistance bands are very durable and are made of very stretchy latex. They were quality tested in a laboratory to ensure that they would not rip or tear. My favorite quality of these bands though is the fact that these bands stay in place during exercise. I can vividly remember taking an exercise class with using bands that were similar in design and the entire class I was so stressed and upset because I couldn’t keep the band around my knees or ankles during the exercises I was trying to do. The bands I had kept sliding and they would rub on my skin and it hurt! I haven’t had any of these issues with these bands which is why I’m so supportive of the company Sport2People and this fantastic product.
