Today is the launch of PancakeWarriors Fitness! I am so incredibly excited and proud of what we have created here! PancakeWarriors Fitness was created as a way to help you live a healthy and fit life! PancakeWarriors Fitness was built to help save you time and money by showing you easy and effective ways to work healthy living into your life. I want to show you that eating healthy and working out doesn’t have to be scary, costly, boring, bad tasting, a massive lifestyle change, or a huge time commitment. My goal is to fill you with knowledge to help you make good decisions for you and your family all while helping you slim down, and look and feel great!
Sounds great right? I’ve put countless hours into creating a program that will help you get into the best shape of your life, without taking hours and hours from your schedule. I totally understand that everyone has so much going on in their lives, and fitness and healthy eating are often the first things to go when times get hectic. But I want to teach you skills so that even on your busiest days, you have time to work healthy eating and exercise into your schedule.
What does PancakeWarriors Fitness offer? We have three different plans, to help you no matter what your needs are:
Meal Plans – weekly meal plans. I’ve got you covered for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Grocery lists, step-by-step instructions on how to meal prep, and of course how to assemble meals so that you can quickly get dinner on the table. By having a meal plan in place, you are no longer frustrated, trying to figure out what’s for dinner after a long day. You will have something healthy in the fridge waiting for you. I think healthy eating should be simple and delicious, and I want to teach you how you can do this every week!
Meal Plans and At Home Workouts – you will receive the same meal plans as listed above. In addition to the weekly meal plans, you will also get a week of workouts sent to your inbox, all of the workouts can be done at home, with minimal equipment. We have beginners and intermediate plans, so no matter where you are starting your fitness journey, I’m here to help. The best part? Most workouts are 15 minutes! No more dragging your feet to get to the gym, trying to find a babysitter only to find that all the treadmills are full. Instead, roll out of bed and workout in your PJ’s or grab your sneakers as soon as you walk in the door from work at night. 15 minutes and you are done!
Fit Wellness Personal Training, Meal Plans and At Home Workouts – personal training to help you stay motivated, someone to hold you accountable, create goals and build a customized plan to get you to your goals. Not only will you get the meal plans and easy to follow at home workouts, but you also get videos to follow that demonstrate all the workouts. You’ll get easy to follow cooking tutorials, live hangout sessions to discuss fitness and healthy cooking tips with me and others in the community. A community of people that are on this journey as you that you can interact and connect with on a daily basis, and of course you get me! I can help you with your form, your motivation, staying on track when things get tough and I can be the person that holds you accountable so you are set up for success, not failure!
