I’m on my way to the gym, but wanted to stop in and say hello! We are seeing Dave’s family today so I’ve got to make this quick! I hope you are great and continue to enjoy the holiday season. If you are anything like me, you are probably getting a little stir crazy after all that eating and visiting the last few days. Dave decided he was going to give me my workout for the day and I thought I should share it with you!
Killer Cardio Workout Tips
Seal Jacks – I love seal jacks since they are less traditional than regular jacks and aren’t as tough on the shoulders
Skaters – these are so difficult for me. I try to land in a slight squat and explode over to the other side. I never really stand up during this move.
Push-up jacks – the jack is optional, especially if you are on your knees. But this move – it’s an ab workout for sure!
Walking Planks – on your knees or on your toes, this is a tough one! Start in plank, walk your arms down to elbows and then back up to plank all while keeping your back flat! Oh yes it’s a shoulder workout too!
