Now I know you are short on time, you’ve probably got one hand in the candy bowl as you read this… I know I’m typing this one handed! Or, you’re getting all dressed up for that awesome party tonight. That’s okay! You only need about 20 minutes to bust out this hiit abs workout! It’s spooky how awesome this high intensity cardio workout is! You like how I did that?
I think you should be able to enjoy a few extra pieces of candy without the added guilt today and this hiit abs workout will do just that for you! I’ve made these intervals 30 second each to amp up the fat burning!
HIIT Abs Workout
Set your timers for 3 or 4 rounds of 7 sets with 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
Now onto those abs! Crush those abs with this 10 minute ab finisher. By the end of this your core will be on fire! You know you are going to be wearing that super tight costume tonight… might as well get those abs prepped for some flexing!! Not dressing up? Then just call this Zombie Apocalypse training!
