At Last It’s Friday!
I’ve decided that I will dedicate my Fridays to fitness. I invite everyone to link up with me and share your posts! Your Fitness Friday link up should be a fitness or health related post. It can be a workout you did, an article you wrote, a healthy food swap or recipe, or a review on a fitness item – just a few examples.
The vision for Fitness Friday is to give readers (and ourselves!) a place to come for ideas on workouts for motivation, and healthy meal planning before they do their weekend shopping. Fitness Friday will also help connect bloggers that have a similar passion for health and fitness.
We encourage bloggers to link new posts from the week or upcoming week. Our link ups will always be open through Thursday so keep checking back! Let your readers know you participated so they know where to find you on Fridays!
