Happy Halloween!! Trick or Treat! Today, I’m going with Trick. 2 awesome workouts. If I call them a treat, you will probably hunt me down – trust me these workouts will have your panting like you were running from a pack of zombies.
I wanted to post something super festive for today, and since it’s Fitness Friday here on the bloggity-blog, a hiit workout seemed appropriate!
Now I know you are short on time, you’ve probably got one hand in the candy bowl as you read this… I know I’m typing this one handed! Or, you’re getting all dressed up for that awesome party tonight. That’s okay! You only really need about 12-16 minutes to bust out this “Spooky” hiit workout! It’s spooky how awesome this high intensity cardio workout is! You like how I did that?
I think you should be able to enjoy a few extra pieces of candy without the added guilt today and this hiit workout will do just that for you! I’ve made these intervals 30 second each to amp up the fat burning! So set your timers for 3 or 4 rounds of 7 sets with 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
If you happen to have an extra 10 minutes, you can add this abs workout to your routine. You know you are going to be wearing that super tight costume tonight… might as well get those abs prepped for some flexing!! Not dressing up? Well then call this Zombie Apocalypse training!
