Beginners Series

This is a beginners guide to weight training that can be done from the comfort of your home! All you need is a set of dumbbells or resistance bands. Here are our recommendations on How to Build the Ultimate Home Gym.

Having trouble starting your fitness routine? Get some extra motivation!

I cannot stress enough how important sleep is to your workout and health routine. It’s one of the mistakes we make when starting on our health journey. Make sure to read my post You Need Sleep to Lose Weight for more information.

Once you have your dumbbells or resistance bands, lets get started on your muscle building! As a beginner, I would recommend just picking one or two body parts each day to focus on. Remember, to start with light weights/resistance and build your way up!
